Jack and Big Jim left for Canada on Friday morning. They are fishing all week! They called home on Saturday night and said that they had a great time, and even caught some pretty good fish. They didn't start out catching anything and Jack said that in the Bible when Jesus' men could catch anything that they just fished from the other side of the boat. Apparently Big Jim tried to explain to Jack that this was one of Jesus' miracles. Jack told him they should try it because Jesus could work a miracle for them too! That boy is always thinking!
We got up at 5:30am to see the boys off. As you can tell by MC, it was early!
Jack just called home tonight. He caught 17 small mouth bass today. He was so excited!! He said he was having a blast. Big Jim said that yesterday it was time to go in and Jack got upset and said that he thought they could stay out past noon. Big Jim told him it was 6:30pm. Jack said the time sure was faster over there in Canada. :)
