Big Weekend!

This weekend was full of fun! Friday afternoon was so beautiful! I was able to pick the kids up from school and we walked home. When we got home, they wanted to walk to the park and cross the rocks (a family favorite). So we walked all through our neighborhood and played. When we got home, Maree-Claire decided it was time to learn to ride her bike. So she did! Yeah MC!! All this before 7:30 when the kids went to bed. Because Jack had an early basketball championship game on Saturday morning. His team won the game!! Yeah J!! It was a very exciting game. They were down 4 points and came back to win in the second half. His team picture will be in the paper next weekend. Then we went straight from the basketball game to their Odyssey of the Mind Regionals. They performed very well. Their team came in second in Spontaneous and their skit was great! We came home and had a great supper with great friends. It was a very full Saturday! We had a great time! But we are excited now for a couple of weeks of rest before baseball and softball start.
