Over the River and through the woods...

Maree-Claire's teacher, Ms McCain, is getting married very soon.

And her class had a wedding shower for her last Friday.

It was supposed to be a surprise, but MC

said that a kid in her class was a

"chowder-box" and couldn't keep the secret.

That is the pot calling the kettle black!

It was a great shower anyway!

Grand Jan and Big Jim came and got the kids from school

Friday afternoon and they got to go back to their house

for the weekend. Jack went turkey hunting and fishing

with Big Jim and MC and Grand Jan went

shopping and got manicures and pedicures. We met in Yellville to get

the kids back on Sunday afternoon. MC was so upset

to be coming home, she gave Adam and me

the stink-eye for about 30 minutes and cried all the way home!

Big tears, no tantrum, just gigantic tears. She was devastated.

Needless to say, they had a really great time!

Adam and I had a nice weekend
